They do not replace the quotation or terms agreed for a particular job, and do not introduce unconfirmed deposits, cancellation fees or workmanship guarantees.

Sending the online form, calling or emailing does not itself confirm an appointment, acceptance of a job or a contract for work. Discuss the proposed scope, availability and arrangements directly with Shaun. An online acknowledgement confirms the enquiry was saved, not that an emergency visit has been arranged.

Quotes for all prospective jobs are free. The work, materials, access and existing installation should be discussed before agreement. No standard hourly rate, fixed repair package or deposit arrangement is supplied by these website terms.

Ask what is included and how additional findings or changes would be agreed. Do not assume related services, structural changes or another trade's work are included merely because they appear on this website.

Celtic offers a 24-hour call-out service. Precise emergency travel coverage, availability and arrival time must be confirmed by phone for your address. No same-day guarantee or fixed response period is promised. For immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service rather than wait for an online response.

Discuss safe access, permissions, preparation and any temporary interruption to facilities before work begins. Heat pump installations are delivered with an external specialist company. Confirm responsibilities for assessment, permissions, commissioning and records. Website descriptions do not establish grant eligibility, direct MCS accreditation or independent Gas Safe registration.

Payment is accepted by card or bank transfer. The amount, timing and other job-specific payment arrangements should be agreed directly; this website does not take payment.
